Head Coach Pete Phillips
Pete is in his 6th year with BMA Nordic. He has coached Scando Cup and World Jr. Teams, and has run "The Sweden Trip", a summer training tour, for the last 11 years. He is excited about building an exchange program between Burke and Norway's Academy of Elite Sport, the NTG. His main goal as a coach is to help kids build a solid foundation for later performances on and off the snow.
Assistant Coach Kate Barton
Kate comes to the Burke Nordic team from the Jackson Hole Ski Club where she coached last winter. She skied for the Middlebury Ski Team from 2005-2009, captaining the team in her senior year. Kate coached at the J1 Scandinavian Cup in Sweden in 2010 and will lead this year's J1 trip to Estonia. Kate is originally from Cape Elizabeth, ME

Matthew Johnson
Matt raced for Middlebury Nordic Ski Team for 4 years, serving as captain his senior year. He raced in the Junior World Championships in 2006. After 3 years with the Burke Nordic team he has moved to Salt Lake City where he is now the Head Coach/Program Director of The Utah Nordic Alliance
