First Race Of The Season- First Place Of The Season

Classic sprint today- it went very well for almost everyone. Nate was 3rd overall in the open (non-college) division, which was arguably as competitive as the college division, and 1st Junior. Check out these pictures from today!

Head Coach Kate Barton

B.A. Middlebury College. A Maine native, Kate returns to lead Burke’s Nordic team for her fifth year. She was a four-year member and senior captain of the Middlebury College Nordic ski and lacrosse teams before coaching Nordic in Colorado, Idaho, and Wyoming. Kate is a three time coach for the U.S. U18 National Team and last year she traveled to Almaty, Kazakhstan to coach the U.S. U23 National Team. Kate is also a three time coach for Team New England at U. S. Junior Nationals and has coached three years at the U.S. National U16 Summer Camp. Kate also leads summer training camps to Sweden and Norway.
